The hack marked one of the largest data breaches in history.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Following the incident, Capital One <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/06/investing/capital-one-federal-reserve-enforcement-action/index.html" target="_blank">entered into</a> consent orders with the Fed and the Office of the Comptroller of Currency.
