Operatives of the Department of State Services DSS have arrested the suspended Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele.
According to sources, Emefiele was picked up immediately his suspension was announced.
He was earlier suspended on Friday by President Bola Tinubu.
Tinubu also appointed Mr Folashodun Adebisi Shonubi as the acting Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, in replacement for Emefiele.
