Justice Alexander Owoeye ruled that the bench warrant issued on January 16 remains valid, as the defendant has failed to appear in court twice.  Eezee Tiff, a former manager to Mercy Chinwo and other artists, is accused of withholding music royalties and misappropriating funds. Despite his lawyer’s claim of a recent accident preventing his appearance, the court insisted that the defendant must be present for arraignment. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has pushed for strict adherence to the warrant, noting that Eezee Tiff was seen granting media interviews near the court premises during the last hearing.  <img src="https://9jacelebrity.com.ng/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/IMG-20250217-WA0006.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" />The case, which has drawn significant attention in the music industry, has been adjourned to March 6 for further hearing.
