New BBNaija season 7 housemate Hermes had his mum missing five months ago in a rehab home. The new housemate who is known for his controversial appearance was introduced to the house on Sunday alongside the housemates. It was gathered that the mum was in a psychiatric hospital in Yaba Lagos state Nigeria.

Hermes Explains how his Psychiatric Mother Got Missing in Lagos Rehab Home​

Hermes at that time said, his mom is suffering from dementia and was taken to Yaba Psychiatric Hospital after family members struggled to get the money needed for her treatment.

He said his mum got attended to by some Psychiatrists. Drugs were prescribed for her. His brother who took her to the hospital left her at the counter to get the drugs from another building in the same hospital only to return and discovered his mum was gone.

The hospital threatened to prosecute the family members who tried to confront the hospital for security lapses. It’s amazing how Nigerians have gone online to dig out the pictures and many are saying the pictures which say him crying look like he was the one that is having the mental issue. Some people are saying perhaps Biggie brought him into BBNaija season 7 to help him get one the trauma of having a mentally ill mom.
