Transfer the rice into a pot, add the meat stock and coconut milk. Adjust with salt and seasoning cubes and let it cook until it's done.</p><p>* In a pan, heat up some coconut oil or Vegetable oil, add the chopped onions, fry for about a min. Add the diced carrots and fry for 2mins. Add the bell peppers, green beans, green peas, sweet corn, cut liver. Add some salt and seasoning cubes, stir and fry for 3mins.</p><p>* Properly combine the rice together with the fried Vegetables.
