recipe
2 cup of groundnut
2 teaspoon grounded pepper
2teaspoon grated ginger
Salt to taste
Vegetables for frying
Procedure
Pick out dirt from the groundnut, wash and sun dry
Roast the groundnut once it is dry and peel the skin
Blend the groundnut, add the pepper and ginger
Knead and sprinkle water on the grounded groundnut to remove excess oil
Roll into your desire shape and fry inside the vegetable oil
You can add some fresh onion and ginger into the vegetable oil to give it some natural flavour
