A friend of mine once told me about Palm oil noodles ,it didn’t sound great to me because,how on earth would I prepare my precious noodles with palm oil?
Well I decided to try it out and all I could say was OMO
!
Why on earth did I wait until now to try it
?
It was so delicious
I used,
Palm oil
Crayfish
Stock fish
Smoked fish
Beef
Scotch bonnet (fresh peppers)
Indomie seasoning
Scent leaves
Eggs
Locust beans (iru)
Onions
Procedure:
Just per boil your indomie like you would do to your rice,run some cold water through it and set it aside.
In a pan on medium heat,add a lil bit of palm oil,allow to heat up then add the chopped onions,peppers,fry till it’s fragrant,
add locust beans,your already boiled stock fish and beef,also the water you used for cooking your meat,stir to combine and bring to a simmer for 2mins.
Now add the indomie seasoning,the per-boiled indomie,the smoked fish,stir everything to combine gently,cover and allow to simmer on low heat for Another 1minute. Now finally add the scent leaves,stir and turn off heat immediately.
Serve and enjoy with eggs (optional)
Abeg don’t delay to try it out like i did o because I honestly regretted it



As for the one served in a glass cup,leave it for me like that abeg,it was fun eating it
