Checking Transaction Records on myMTN App
Just as important as your Bank’s Statement of Account, your Transaction Records gives you insight of all that has happened on your line. It saves you a lot of time and effort that you would have used in queuing up to speak to a call center agent or your journey to the store. In a nutshell, checking your call record helps you reaffirm all the activities that has happened on your account at a glance with a few clicks.
Here are the steps to view your activities on myMTN App:
- Launch myMTN app
- Tap the Menu icon [(located at the top left corner of the app)
- Select Account History
- Choose the particular history type you wish to view (Call, SMS, Data, VAS and Recharge) by tapping on it.
- Enter the Start date and End Date and click on View History (you can either download directly on your device or send to your email)
- Choose your preferred format (XLS, TEXT, PDF, DOC) and tap on Proceed.
