The following areas have been marked dangerous areas for drivers to plight in Ibadan. Let us be careful in and around these areas especially at nights.

We shall keep updating the list as the condition improves.

3. NTA-SUBEB-JAMB Office-Idi Ape Roads
4. Beere-Oje-Ojo Oba areas
5. Olomi-Soka-Academy areas
6. Oluyole-WCCI-Sharp corner area of Oluyole
7. Akala Express-Elebu Area
8. In and out of Poly-Apete Bend
9. Orogun-Agbowo-Ojoo
10. General Gas –ESMAK plaza area of Akobo
11. Akobo under bridge
12. Tiger Bar area of Basorun
13. Sawmill Under Bridge towards Old Ife Road/Gate
14. Inalende – Popo Yemoja area
15. Sabo Onireke Road
16. Sasa-Ajibode Road In and out of Laniba area around UI Distance learning centre
17. Premier Hotel Hill
18. Moniya Area towards the Express connecting IITA to the Expressway leading to Oyo Town
19. Agbowo –Quality Barber Area towards Bodija Market
20. Akobo Ojurin towards Olorunda.
21. Ashi Bodija Road
22. Nihort –Jericho
23. Ile titun – Alafara towards Adetokun
24. All saints college-akilapa road

Generally:
1. Avoid dark areas starting from 7pm.
2. Avoid lonely areas anytime of the day.
3. Whenever you are parked, ensure your windows are up and your car is locked
4. Ensure your gear is engaged and ready to zoom in a second
5. Do not display phones and other catchy accessories visible to passersby
6. Do not let any body lure you to go on suspicious areas.
7. Do not wait for guys on bike pretending to be asking for directions
