Chicken shawarma easy steps​

Ingredients​

1 person
  1. Flat bread
  2. Chicken breast
  3. Sausage
  4. Spices
  5. Habanero
  6. Onion
  7. Mayonnaise
  8. Ketchup
  9. Cabbage
  10. Carrot

Steps​

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and marinade it to taste

  2. Add 2 tbspn groundnut oil to a pan and fry the chicken on low heat

  3. Add the sausage and keep stirring till it’s done

  4. In another pan, add 1 tbspn of groundnut oil then add the habanero and onion. Fry it and season to taste

  5. Cut the cabbage and carrot

  6. Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together in a bowl and add some of it to the cabbage and carrot

  7. Get your flat bread, lay over the cabbage and carrot mixture then the chicken and sausage then finally the pepper sauce

  8. Scoop on the mayonnaise and ketchup on it and roll the wrap gently

  9. Put it on a shawarma pressing machine and press it for three to five minutes

  10. Serve with chilled drink
